I received these bottles to try and test for social media, I did not get paid to write this review, but I wanted to share with you all since I have previously shared Goli products before here. But now I want to share about Goli Bites.
These delicious chocolatey bites are such a nice little treat packed with health and wellness benefits!
I love the fact they are tasty and delcious because who doesn’t love chocolate?
Let’s dive into each type of Goli bites: Multi, Calm, and Energy.
MULTI BITES:
The Goli multi bites are an overall milk chocolate vanilla cocoa flavor and a fluffy center packed with essential vitamins and nutrients to:
- help promote overall health and well-being
- support a healthy immune system
- provide antioxidant support
- support a healthy nervous system
- support bone and muscular health
- support eye health
I love taking these in the morning with my coffee as a little treat to start the day plus get all my vitamins and such to kick off the day right.
CALM BITES:
The Goli calm bites are a milk chocolate acai berry flavor and a fluffy center made with KSM-66® Ashwagandha to help:
- reduce stress & promote relaxation
- control stress-related cravings
- reduce & maintain healthy body weight
- improve quality of sleep
- improve sexual function
- enhance physical performance & endurance
- support concentration & memory
Personally I love these to get a better nights sleep and what better way to end the day with a little treat as well. I also think they taste better than the blue ASHWA gummies so I am more likely to remember to take these at nighttime.
ENERGY BITES:
The Goli energy bites are a salted caramel chocolate flavor that helps support:

I love these for a boost of energy in the afternoon as each bite does contain 20mg of caffeine to help with my afternoon slump.
These three Goli bites are great way to give yourself a little treat with giving your body some vitamins and nutrients. I love taking the Multi in the morning and Energy bites in the afternoon for that boost of energy in the afternoon and the Calm bites in the evening to relax before bed.
