Hair Styling Tools & Accessories

Hair styling tools and accessories are all the rage right now. Many tools and accessories going viral online, but which ones won’t break your bank account but will actually produce results? Lets talk about them.

Lots of brands sell different hair styling tools & accessories. There are so many out there it can be hard to choose from.

A lot of the tools success also depends on your TYPE of hair! Diffusers won’t produce very good results on someone with dead straight hair. Sure you can add some curl product and scrunch and diffuse but you won’t the same bouncy curl affect as someone with naturally curly hair.

Hair styling tools & accessories, in my opinion, should enhance the hair you have and make it better.

I have long, thick wavy hair so I could wear it curly or straight but personally I love the look of a good blowout and curl action instead of the tight ringlet curls.

Mainly because the ringlet curls take way more time and I’m impatient.

Great hair starts with healthy hair and the products you use play a huge part in the styling. I love these hair products and I rep them hard! They have totally transformed my damaged hair back into healthy fast growing hair.

The hair tools I love are the Shark Flexstyle. This is very similar to the Dyson but half the price and works just as great!

The Shark Flexstyle comes with different attachments and is itself a air styler and you can choose how much, if any, heat you use on your hair.

I love this aspect because the more heat you put on your hair, the more damage it can cause. So always use a heat protectant.

I use the flexstyle for the blow dryer and I also love the round brush attachment to get the blowout smoothness. I also love the curling attachment for loose curls like shown above.

Another hair tool I recently got but have been loving is the WavyTalk hot brush.

This brush will not dry your hair. It is solely for styling. But I do love the loose blowout curls it gives. I have seen videos where people use it for tighter curls but personally I haven’t tried it for that.

There are many ways to use this tool, just search on social media and thousands of videos will show demos.

A hair accessory I have been loving is the Pony Pick. This product I use on myself and my kids too! It cuts out those small elastics without pulling out hair and damaging or hurting your head!

My kids would cry and scream whenever I tried pulling those pesky little elastics out of their hair, but the pony pick just cuts it right out very simply and effortlessly.

A hair accessory I love for effortless morning curls are these blowout hair rods that you sleep in and wake up with a great blowout look! It will also help preserve your existing blowout while you sleep!

All of these hair styling tools & accessories have helped me stop wearing my hair in a mom bun all the time and actually helped me love my hair again! Feel free to message me or comment blow your favorite hair tools too!
