Ask any mom what her favorite brand of diaper is and I bet you she has her favorite and can list reasons a mile long why she prefers X brand over Y.
There are tons of name brand in the diaper world, as well as store brand versions as well!
But no matter what brand of diaper you prefer, make sure you check out Incredibundles.com, which is a site for diaper delivery! It helped me so much as a new mom and definitely as a mom of two kiddos.
They even have gift cards you can give other moms that they can choose which brand of diapers and makes it less stressful for you!

Here are some thoughts from myself and a few other mamas out there on which diapers we prefer and why.
The ultimate debate: Huggies vs. Pampers
Personally, I love Huggies.
I’ve used Huggies for over 4 years now. Used with both my girls and I’ve never experiences leakage (even when I’ve left them in longer than I probably should have).
I’ve used the daytime Huggies diapers as well as the nighttime ones.
Both are great and have so many options not only size wise, but also ranging from snugglers for babies (a bit softer in my opinion) to little movers which hug the curves while they learn to crawl and walk.
Now I have tried pampers before so I’m not speaking from a bias.
Almost every hospital in the US uses Pampers. Not sure why, but they do.
So when your little one is first born and first put into a diaper, chances are 99% of the time, it will be a Pampers diaper.
Now that is all fine and dandy and I did use those while I was in the hospital and when we got home I used up the ones the hospital gave us (just ask them, they will give you a few to take home).
But the minute I had to purchase our own (or had to bust into our baby shower stash), it was Huggies.
I just felt that Pampers leaked a bit more and I had to change more frequently.
Now that could be because of age, but I just didn’t care for the durability and feel of them. I like soft things.
So ever since that stash from the hospital ran out, my kids have been in Huggies.
Even now, while I potty train my youngest (read my potty training tips here), I use Huggies brand Pull-ups!
Just goes to show what a die-hard Huggies fan I am. I love the reliability and durability of Huggies, and that yellow/blue line (blue line means diaper is wet) is nice when they are little babies!
We get our diapers mainly at Target but when we stock up, we go to Sams Club and they have some great deals on bulk diapers in different brands.
Opinion from a Pampers Mama:
“As a mom of three kids, including twins, I learned a few things over the years about diapers (especially with twin infants.). My criteria was simple – how well does it work?
We found Pampers to work the best overall, so we were loyal Pampers buyers. From the first days in the hospital with the smallest size and the strip that tells when they are wet, to the toddler and potty training age, Pampers rarely leaked, except at night.
When wearing the right size (which for my kids sometimes meant a size bigger than their age) we rarely had leaks. Leaks usually meant it was time to size up. Plus I loved that blue strip.
At night, however, I found that Huggies nighttime diapers was the best brand. The other negative about Pampers is they are expensive.
When buying multiple boxes a month for twins, this was a costly endeavor. But putting price aside, the best daytime brand for diapers is undeniably Pampers, in my opinion.”
As a travel blogger Keri also wanted to point out, “If you travel with your kids, Pampers are usually easy to find in most locations, even internationally, whereas it can sometimes be hard to find other brands.
When we traveled, we would ship diapers ahead (if we were renting a house or visiting family) to avoid having to bring so many or buy at tourist prices in the destination.”

Another Pampers mama wanted to add:
“I really liked the pampers diaper and it was well fitted. They also have different sizes. In my experience they were easy to use and didn’t have any leaking experiences.”

Other Brands You May Love:
Here is another mom who uses Luvs after trying the ones mentioned above. These are her thoughts on her beloved diaper brand:
“When Jolene was born, we thought for sure we would use Pampers and only Pampers, but she quickly peed right through the diaper!
We tried Huggies & we didn’t like those either. Next, we grabbed a box of Luvs & never looked back. We didn’t have any leaks ever again, and even better they were more affordable than the two other brands we tried.
The only downside is that the design wasn’t as adorable as the others, but it was still pretty cute. When we have another child, we’ll definitely just start out with Luvs diapers!”

This mama below explains why she loves Little Angels Diapers for her little ones:
“We used Pampers with my eldest daughter from the day she was born. We’d always assumed they were the best brand. But she has terribly sensitive skin and suffered from constant nappy (diaper) rash.
We must have tried every brand on the supermarket shelf, when my sister recommended Asda’s own brand: Little Angels.
We were skeptical about using an “own brand” nappy on our precious baby, but gave them a try. I have to say that Asda’s Little Angels are fantastic!
They’re super-absorbent, really well-fitting and they don’t leak. Soon after switching to Little Angels, my baby’s nappy rash cleared up too.
So when baby number two arrived five years later, we didn’t hesitate in using Asda’s Little Angels right from day one. They’re just the best nappy in my opinion, and they’re pretty much half the price of other brands.”
