There are so many jogger strollers on the market ranging from double umbrella strollers to super fancy BOB double stroller side by side ones with all the bells and whistles. But which one is the right fit for you?
You may be in the market to purchase something to keep both of your young kids contained while you shop or just walk the neighborhood.

Which double jogger should you choose? I’m here to help you decide!
I personally researched so many options for my two kids before deciding to purchase the BOB Double jogger.
We ultimately decided to get this one because it had the features we needed and plenty of storage!
Our kids are 2.5 years apart and when my youngest was still in an infant seat.
I wanted a stroller where I could push them both without having to go purchase a new infant seat to be able to fit in some of the other double strollers on the market.
We looked at multiple options but in the end decided the BOB Double was the way to go. T
he only thing that made me hesitant was the price tag! $640 for a double stroller was STEEP! I refused to pay that sort of money for a stroller!
I was bummed because I really did want this jogger, even though I am totally NOT a jogger.
Thankfully for Facebook Marketplace, NextDoor app, and friends there are plenty of other ways to get the heavy price tag stroller for half the price (or even free sometimes).
I posted about it on Facebook and I would search Marketplace and local yard sales weekly to see if anyone was selling one for cheap!
Our request was answered by a friend of mine who was selling hers because her kids got too big.
The jogger stroller was in great condition and looked almost brand new! I was excited!
Plus she was only asking for $200! Now this still may seem like a lot but when a new BOB Double is over $600, I’ll take the lesser amount!
Now here are the great reasons you should invest in this jogger:
PROS:
- easy to maneuver and turn even with two kids in tow
- tires can be pumped up with a tire pump instead of having to repurchase plastic tires
- keeps both kids in their own space without the “shes touching me” problem
- big sun shade that completely covers the kids
- sun shade is on each individual seat so one kid can be covered and one doesn’t if that’s what is preferred
- sun shade has plastic see through window (which has a cover too) to see kids while using
- can easily fold up and wheels easily pop off for storage when not needed
- has a wheel lock for both back tires to keep stroller in place when parked
- plenty of storage: underneath storage plus mesh pockets on back of both seat
- each seat can be adjusted individually, one can be upright while the other lays back
- has accessories attachments like trays for both seats and available adult double cup holder and pocket strap (sold separately)
- fits through all doorways that are handicap accessible
- perfect for crowded places like Disneyland (BONUS: people tend to move out of the way for huge strollers more than single ones)
- each seat can hold up to 50lbs or 100lbs total for both seats, so you can use for a long time!
- has all terrain tires so you can use on sidewalks or gravel trails no problem
CONS:
- accessories are sold separately and can add up in price wise
- price tag is a bit expensive but search locally for options
Hopefully this breakdown helps you decide if the price tag is right for your family!
In the end if you invest in this stroller, you won’t be sorry! This truly is the best stroller for all the storage and different attachments available!
