Cooking Help
There are a ton of ways to cut corners in the meal department.
Whether that is getting a family meal subscription kit like, Just Meats, Butcher Box, Home Chef, or Blue Apron. Both of these boxes are great to save time trying to figure out what is for dinner or dealing with picky eaters.
Personally we use and love Just Meats. They delivery pre-seasoned and cooked meats to your doorstep! The subscription offers 25% off orders plus you can stack my discount code on top of that and save even more! Code: AZAMORA10
There a ton of different food subscription boxes to choose from to fit your families needs.
Breakfast for Yourself
Ever been so busy feeding the kids and getting them ready for the day that you forget to take care of yourself? Not anymore using Daily Harvest.
Daily Harvest is a smoothie subscription where you can pick some of your favorite smoothies and keep the cup in your freezer and just add liquid and blend in the morning and you have yourself a healthy on-the-go breakfast.
You have to remember to care for yourself so you are the best version of yourself to care for others. Which leads me to my next tip.
Easy Vitamins
Vitamins are a great way to stay healthy and be able to keep up with your active kids.
Personally I love going to Vitamin Shoppe and picking my own depending on what my body is lacking. I also love taking supplements from Yu Beauty which help with energy, curbing snack cravings, greens, and collagen. Plus if you mix the purple energy tea and the orange collagen, it tastes like a tropical vacation drink! My code with them is AMELIAZAMORA for a discount!
Burn the Kids Energy
Whether that is letting them run crazy outside or getting a kids craft box to help with arts and crafts. Kid boxes are great for parents who need some quiet time whether you are working from home, you are tending to other children, or even homeschooling.
KiwiCo is a kids subscription box that has different boxes ranging for ages 0-14+ years old. It is filled with science experiments and STEAM learning. It encourages “tinkering” and building. Use code LEARN30 for 30% off your box.
We Craft Box is another subscription box ranging for multiple ages but this one is more an arts and crafts box that you may need to help your child with depending on ages. I love that it comes with everything needed for the project minus scissors and water.
Another subscription box which is pretty cool is CrateJoy. This box is more of a gift package box. They have book boxes for kids to get new books delivered each month. They also have themed boxes like mermaid theme or dinosaur theme. Read more about this box here.

Chore Chart/Sticker Rewards for Kids
This can help kids be involved in the household chores. This will teach them to help around the house and you can give rewards for them helping.
I have two chore charts for my kids that I have hanging up and they can see what their chores are (include photos if you kids can’t read yet) and they get a check mark every time they do it.
At the end of the day if they have earned every check mark, then they get a sticker on their sticker chart. Once they earn 5 stickers, then they get to pick a special treat or small toy to pick out for being a great helper.
Obviously you choose chores that are age appropriate, like I have shown below. My oldest is 4 so she has more chores while my youngest is 2 so hers are basically just learning to do things herself, like pick out her clothes, brush her teeth, and clean up her toys and dishes in the sink.
They both helped me choose their chores so it was more exciting for them. This will be a great way for them to help you out as a busy parents. Plus it gives them a sense of helping and choices in their own chores to do.

Do Stuff the Night Before
This tip has saved me so much time in the morning and during the day.
Pick out your outfit the night before. Pack lunches the night before. Get kids outfits ready the night before.
Set up meal ideas/plan the night before so you know exactly what is being prepared the next day.
Have some activities planned out or set up the night before so your kids aren’t saying they are “bored” before lunch.
Do some home chores before bedtime so less to do the next day. Trust me I get it, once the kids go to bed you feel like you can finally sit down and relax.
But even just something as simple as making sure sink is clean and maybe throw a load of laundry in before bed so it’s ready the next morning to throw in the dryer and then you’ll be ahead of laundry for the day!
Plus, personally, one of the best feelings is waking up to a clean house. It starts the day on a positive foot.
Schedule Out Your Day
Even if you are a stay at home mom or working mom. Make a schedule for your day from the time you get up to the time you go to bed.
Personally I love planning my day with the Daily Grind Planner which has truly been a game changer with me getting things done and hitting major goals! I love them so much I reached out for a discount code for you and this code ( AMELIA ) will give you a discount site-wide.
If you just want a quick daily guide, here is a free download! Here is an example of a block schedule for your day:
Remember, this is just an example and you can create whatever time blocks and to-dos work for your family. Download this empty block chart HERE!

Waking up to a clean house is huge for me! If we don’t have a chance to pick up all the toys the night before, it seems to spiral out of control the next day. :/
