Hi! I know this post is old but I have been using Belif (overnight mask and the true cream) while pregnant and randomly one night noticed they both have Lady’s Mantle in them. I found this isn’t safe in pregnancy but wondered if that was only by mouth? Curious on your thoughts!
Hi! Honestly if it is not safe for pregnancy i wouldnt take it orally or topically. serums and creams can still enter the blood stream by skin absorption so to play it safe i would avoid it if it says not safe for pregnancy. just my 2 cents :)
