BioGaia Review

We all know health and wellness are important factors of our daily life, but it is hard to find something that works for the whole family, a one-stop-shop if you will. This is where this BioGaia review comes in.

*this post is sponsored by BioGaia but all opinions are my own*

This BioGaia review will give you a look into the company as well as some products I got sent to review and test.

BioGaia is a probiotic brand and their focus is to contribute to global health through clinically proven, health promoting, and user-friendly probiotic products.

That is their mission statement and I have to say I think a brand that can help people improve their health is a great one!

There are many different probiotic strands but BioGaia uses the L. reuteri Probiotic which is naturally found in the human body.

BioGaia has also done many, 246 to be exact, clinical trials in all age ranges to make sure their products work! I love that!

Now lets take a look at the baby products:

BioGaia has products that can be used by everyone in the family ranging from infants to adults.

Some products they have for infants are the Protectis Baby Drops which can help with colic and digestive comfort.

There are also Prodentis Baby Drops for gums and teeth oral care in infants to help with tender gums and help promote healthy gums and teeth.

There is also immune support for everyone, including Infants which are the Immune Active Baby drops to help their developing immune system.

Products for the other kids in the family:

BioGaia Protectis Kids is for gut comfort, this helps promote a regular and health digestion. They come in easy-to-take chewable tablets with a lemon-lime flavor.

There is also a Prodentist for Kids to help with gums and teeth oral health as well as defending against common dental issues.

Pharentis kids which are drops for throat and tonsils to help kids with minor sore throats that do not require antibiotics.

There is also a chewable tablet for kids for immune support, Immune Active Kids, which helps support a healthy immune response.

Products for the adults:

BioGaia even has pregnant women covered, they have a Protectis Mum which is a prenatal for mom and baby which helps promote mom’s digestive and immune health and supports baby developing immune system and GI. These are vegan capsules.

There are the same items as listed above for adults too, plus some extras.

Gastrus, which is for optimal gut health

Prodentis, which is for gums and teeth

Immune Active, which is for immune system support

Plus a bonus Osfortis, which is for bone health for bone support for natural age-related bone loss, promotes bone density and strength.

All of their capsules are easy to swallow, they are NOT huge horse pills you have to choke down which I love.

I hate swallowing pills so these smaller sized capsules make it super easy to take!

For this BioGaia review, I received the Osfortis (bone health), Immune Active for kids and adults, Protectis for kids gut health, and Pharentis kids which are probiotic drops for the throat, tonsils, & immune system.

The immune support capsules and chewables are amazing, I love that I know I am giving well-researched and naturally founded things to myself and my kids to help support their developing immune system. They are super easy to take and the kids love the flavors.

I do wish there were more flavor options available for the pickier kids but then that might compromise the ingredients so that was not a big con for me.

The Osfortis, bone health capsule, is super easy to take as well and I have noticed a difference in my knee pain since taking these capsules.

I do not have as much knee pain when working out which is a huge pro for me.

I also love the gut health for my kids, it has helped with gas issues in my children and they don’t seem to mind taking those either. It has helped when she gets an upset stomach as well.

The Pharentis kids drops for throat and tonsils, I think this a great concept for kids who get sore throats regularly. My kids have not had a sore throat yet for me to try out, but the dropper is just like essential oils which I also love so I am sure these will be just as beneficial.

I love that they are drops that go directly into their mouth to get right to the source instead of taking traditional medicine that goes throughout the whole body before solving the hurt area.

These would be easy enough to drop in their mouth and not fight about medicine, etc. Mom’s life made easier!

This BioGaia review is to help everyone out there who is looking to improve their health and wellness journey for their entire family, or maybe just themselves, to try these natural products out.

I love things that are researched in all different age ranges to make sure it works, which BioGaia is great at doing with over 200 clinical trials and research which you can find on their website.

Definitely take a look at their website for the entire product line. I highly recommend it because of the highly researched and tried products. I also know they work too because I have seen and noticed a difference in my own family.
