<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Try Not to Stress</h2>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Getting stressed could cause your supply to become all wonky. I remember I was so stressed out about breastfeeding and being able to make enough supply for the demand actually caused my supply to dry up faster because I was so stressed out and worried. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">With my second, I didn&#8217;t stress about it and was actually able to breastfeed longer.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large is-resized"><img src="https://mamabearreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Copy-of-Untitled-14.png" class="wp-image-7790" width="409" height="227"/></figure></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Fed is Best</h2>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">If for some reason you aren&#8217;t able to breastfeed or not breastfeed for a long time, <a href="https://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1412135&;u=1702631&;m=91300" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">formula</span> </a>is always another option. Both my girls were formula fed and it was less stressful on everyone, including myself. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">They were happy, healthy, and most of all they weren&#8217;t hungry. That&#8217;s the important part. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">To make formula feeding even easier, check out this <span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color"><a href="https://mamabearreviews.com/baby-brezza-review/" target="_blank" aria-label="undefined (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener">product review.</a> </span>As well as <a href="https://mamabearreviews.com/similac-vs-enfamil-the-formula-you-should-be-using-for-your-new-baby/" target="_blank" aria-label="undefined (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">different formula options</span></a> to consider.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Savor the Moment</h2>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">&#8220;Breastfeeding is hard. It’s emotionally exhausting. 2AM feeds when you feel like you just closed your eyes are physically exhausting. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">With all of that being said, you’ll truly miss the luxury of holding your sweet baby close to your chest. You’ll miss their little hand reaching up for you. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">This time is sweet, so try to give yourself grace and enjoy these moments. Before you know it they’re onto sippy cups and table food only!&#8221;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large is-resized"><img src="https://mamabearreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Copy-of-Untitled-15-1.png" class="wp-image-7817" width="421" height="233"/></figure></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Make the Experience Relaxing</h2>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">&#8220;Fed is best. ; As a pediatric registered nurse I feel obliged to say this. ; For me and my family. Breastfeeding without a set end in sight was best. ; I breastfed my son for 13 months. ; It was the best 13 months of my life and honestly we had no issues. ; </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">I don’t for one second take this experience for granted as I know how many mothers experiences are exactly the opposite. ; If I could give one piece of advice that is attributed to this amazing experience, aside from my pre-knowledge of breastfeeding, it would be my relaxed demeanor. ; </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Breastfeeding and the production of milk is not only related to your baby’s suck and your body&#8217;s ability to produce milk, but also your emotional and physical state. ; If you are constantly stressed and uptight when trying to feed, your baby and your body can feel this. ; </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Before the baby comes, create a breastfeeding corner. ; In this corner you can totally get in the zone to relax. ; Have your phone, your water, your reading book, etc and just let loose and allow your body and your baby to truly connect on a deeper level.&#8221;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Invest in Comfy Clothing</h2>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">I highly suggest getting clothes that are functional and comfy for breastfeeding.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">There are a ton of places to get comfy lounge wear, but you also want to make sure it is easily accessible to breastfeed if you don&#8217;t want to lift your entire shirt to do so.</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Also a comfortable nursing bra is a must! Even if you don&#8217;t breastfeed for long, those bras are <em>comfy</em>! I wore mine long after I stopped breastfeeding!</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://shareasale.com/u.cfm?d=654105&;m=86157&;u=1702631&;afftrack=" target="_blank" rel="sponsored noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">Kindred Bravely</span></a> has some adorable nursing bras and tops! They have bras ranging from nursing and pumping bras to busty and specialty bras. Definitely worth checking out!</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">They also have some cute bundle sets too! Plus they are currently offering <a href="https://shareasale.com/u.cfm?d=654105&;m=86157&;u=1702631&;afftrack=" target="_blank" rel="sponsored noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">Nursing Tank + FREE Simone Nursing Wrap</span></a> now through 12/2020.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Hopefully these tips from other mothers and myself have eased your mind a bit about breastfeeding. Taking it one day at a time and just remembering fed is best is always the best advice we could give.
