<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Now I&#8217;m not here to tell you which vitamins to take, that is up to you and your body. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">I&#8217;m not just talking about meats and cheeses. I&#8217;m talking about powdered protein that you can mix in a drink, coffee, smoothie, etc. </p>
