Best Way for Energy on the Go

As a mom of 2 young kids, I always feel like I have zero energy. From school to sports to just day-to-day tasks and errands I always feel like I am looking for quick ways to give me energy on the go.

I would drink my morning coffee and by mid morning I was out of energy again looking for the closest Starbucks after school drop off.

I did not want to take any highly caffeinated energy drinks because the crash on those is just so drastic.

I also didn’t want to drink 10 cups of coffee a day just to get my through the day. Plus there is only so much exercise one can do throughout the day to give that high endorphin energy boost.
